In this guided meditation,
We're going to explore an area where we are struggling with change.
Then we're gonna invite in our spirit guides to help show us the way forward to deal with this change through our spiritual gifts and intuition.
So get yourself into a comfortable position,

We will begin with a series of deep breaths to clear out anything that we are holding that we no longer need.
Focus on deep breathing,
Filling your belly full of nourishing oxygen,
Take a deep breath in and exhale,
Releasing everything that is no longer serving you on the exhale.
Taking a deep breath in and exhale.
Taking a deep breath in and exhale.

Feeling all the tension melt away from your body on that exhale.

Imagine a white light coming down from the sky,
Entering in through the top of your head,
Moving throughout your body,
Clearing space for the information that you need to receive,
Creating a protective barrier that only allows in the information that you need to hear,
Creating a safe space for you to receive exactly what you need in this moment.
You are creating a space for you to receive what you need in this moment.
Call to mind something that you are struggling to allow change around.
Where are you struggling to release and allow change to happen?
How are the old ways of doing this blocking you?
How do you want to see this situation?
What does it ideally look like to you?
Now turn it over to your higher source.
Offer up a small prayer for assistance.
As you do so,
Focus on the breath,
Allowing it to center you and keep you calm.
Ask your support team to show you what spiritual gifts you have that will guide the way.
