When we're trying to achieve our desires in life,
Many times they become blocked.
There's obstacles in our path and we struggle to figure out how to get around them.
In this guided meditation,
We're going to invite our spirit guides in to help us see how to best remove any blocks in our way.
I invite you to get into a comfortable position,
Whether that's seated or laying down,
Whatever works best for you.
Now close your eyes.
Begin to pay attention to your breath,
Not trying to control its rhythm,
Simply observing the inhales and exhales.
Noticing that with each breath,
Your body calms and relaxes even more,
Allowing you to be in a relaxed,
Open,
Receptive space.
Invite in your spirit guides to join you on this journey.
As they come in,
Ask them if they can clear your energy field,
Clear your mind,
And prepare you to allow any insights in that you may not be expecting.
Now call to mind a desire that you have,
But are struggling to reach.
As you do so,
See a path start to form right in front of you.
Notice what the path is made of.
How big is it?
Is there anything on it already?
Now with your guides,
Begin to walk down that path,
Continuing to pay attention to everything around you.
You notice that you're coming to a bend.
As you approach it,
You notice that it's blocked.
There's a giant boulder on the path.
Going forward is not an option.
Turn to your guides and ask them what you need to do to remove the boulder.
Now ask them if there's anything else related to this that also needs to be removed at the same time to be able to get the boulder off your path.
Ask them if there's anything else that you need to do before you remove this boulder.
Now that you have the information that you need to take the next steps forward,
Thank your guides for all the information they have given you.
Have them bring you back to the present moment.
Knowing if this isn't everything that you need to remove this boulder,
They can bring you right back to this space when you're ready for the next step.
As they've returned you to the present moment,
Allow yourself to acclimate to this space that you are in,
Sensing your breath,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
Now that you have the next steps that you need to take to be able to achieve your desire,
You can start putting into action what your guides told you.
If you finish that and are still blocked,
Come back to this meditation and have your guides drop you into the same place and show you the next step.
Each time you get new information,
You will be able to continue to chip away at that boulder on your path,
Eventually clearing it so your path to your goal is easy and flowing.
