In this meditation,
We are going to explore how to get the vision of life that we desire.
We're gonna look at our goals,
Make sure they actually match up to how we want to feel throughout our lives.
Then we're gonna call in our spirit guides to help us figure out the next steps that we need to take in order to achieve this vision that we have for our lives.
So let's go ahead and get into the meditation.
You want to get yourself into a comfortable position,
Whether that's laying down or seated.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.

Allow your body to fully relax.
Release all the tension.
Release all the anxiety.
Just let it flow out of you.
Imagine you're in a river,
And the anxiety and stress is just washing off.
Water is pushing it away from you,
Leaving you with calm and clarity.
Take a moment to appreciate all you have done to this point,
All the healing work,
All the work you have already done towards achieving your goals.
Now call to mind your vision.
How does the idea of your vision make you feel?
Are your desired feelings and vision in alignment?
Take a moment to call in your spirit guides or anyone else who wants to help you with the next portion.

Now release these to your higher source.
Take a moment to imagine yourself doing what your spirit guides have told you to do.
Envision it in as much detail as you can.
