In this guided meditation,
We are going to visualize stepping away from a problem in order to see it better,
Thus allowing us to see how we can move forward that is absolutely in our best interest.
We're going to begin with some relaxing breath.
When you are inhaling,
I want you to imagine relaxation flowing in and on the exhale,
All of the stress being released.
So let's take a deep breath in and exhale.
Taking a deep breath in and exhale.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Now I want you to call to mind a troubling or problematic situation that you are facing right now.
Now I want you to imagine placing a clear glass barrier around this situation,
Blocking you from it.
This glass will energetically protect you from the situation.
Now slowly turn around and begin to walk away from the situation.
As you are walking,
You notice that there's mountains in the distance.
Walk towards those mountains.
As you approach the mountain,
You notice a gentle incline that leads up to a landing space.
Begin to walk up that gentle incline.
As you arrive,
You notice a comfortable space set up for you.
There's blankets,
Pillows,
Journals.
Go over to that space now.
Settle yourself in.
As you settle yourself in,
Notice that you can see the situation clearly from where you are now.
As you are viewing this situation,
Allow yourself to see clearly your room.
Clearly your role in this.
How is what you are doing impacting this situation?
So so Allow the information that you are receiving to settle into your body,
Your mind,
Your heart,
Your soul.
If there is nothing flowing about this situation,
You're getting no extra information,
That is okay.
Just continue to observe it from afar.
Slowly stand up again.
As you look around once standing,
You see two different paths that you can choose to walk on.
One takes you back to the situation.
The other has you continuing to walk away.
You may also choose to stay exactly where you are,
Allowing more information to flow to you until you feel comfortable making a decision.
As you choose your option,
Begin walking that way and allow your higher self to see you walking in that direction,
Watching yourself find a space that you're comfortable to be in.
Knowing that it doesn't have to be your final place.
Knowing that at any point in time,
You can choose another direction,
That you can return to simply observing,
That you get to choose how you interact.
Slowly begin to return your presence to the physical room that you are in,
Opening your eyes,
Moving your fingers,
Moving your toes,
Ankles and wrists.
I encourage you to take a moment to write down the thoughts and ideas and even feelings that came to you during this meditation.
This meditation is designed to be very open-ended to allow you to receive the right information now but also to leave open future information coming in.
It's very often that we don't have all the pieces that we need right away and allowing ourselves the space for that information to come back to us helps us transition easier.
