Great for beginners. Lots of good information. I've taken a few sleep courses though and was hoping to gain new information, but didn't. I also thought this was an Arayavada course, which I'm confused by. I wish she did a better job with the descriptions, as I was unable to find which course the window of tolerance was taught. It kept being referenced but I didn't remember learning about it the first time.
