Alison Anandi Francis

Anandi (Alison Francis) has spent 30 years at the intersection of sleep, breath, and the nervous system. She is the author of Breathe Better Sleep Better and Teaching Breathwork, and has been featured in Cosmopolitan, Psychologies, Women's Fitness, the London Evening Standard, Daily Mail, In the Moment, and Spirit & Destiny. An Ayurvedic consultant, NLP instructor, Chopra Meditation teacher, senior yoga teacher and teacher trainer, she studied yoga philosophy under the late Georg Feuerstein — whose influence runs through her understanding of breath not simply as technique, but as a pathway to deeper internal regulation. Her breathwork teaching draws on classical pranayama, the autonomic nervous system, and three decades of working with people whose minds run fast and whose bodies have forgotten how to rest. She leads residential retreats and works privately with individuals seeking lasting change. Her work addresses not just sleep, but the internal conditions that make it possible.

I really like the intro at the beginning and the silence to do your own practice. Beautifully held space. Thank you!
