
Somatic Morning Practice
How we wake up often sets the baseline for our nervous system for the rest of the day. If you frequently experience morning anxiety, rushing thoughts, or a heavy sense of exhaustion, your body is simply trying to navigate a protective state. This gentle morning practice invites you to transition slowly into your day without forcing a positive mindset or rushing your system. Together, we will use soft somatic movements, neuro-mindfulness tools, and orienting cues to signal safety to your brain. By expanding our internal and peripheral awareness, we allow the body to gently discharge residual stress from the night and transition naturally into a state of grounded presence, resilience, and calm alignment.
