Good morning and welcome to the last day of our seven-day morning meditation journey designed to help you start your day from a place of positive self-connection,
Inner peacefulness and personal power.
Please find a comfortable seat,
Bring your eyes to close if you'd like and take a nice deep and relaxed breath in and a slow complete breath out.
Feeling yourself arriving in the here and now for today's intention-setting practice and bringing attention to your body,
Finding softness in your body,
Relaxing your jaw,
Releasing your shoulders and letting go through the belly and the hips,
Feeling your whole self beginning to ground down,
Establishing a clear connection with the earth beneath you.
And as you become settled here in your own way,
Just say good morning to yourself,
Greet yourself with compassion and acceptance and kindness.
And then hone in on your breath,
Feeling the breath flowing in through the nose and begin to follow the flow of your breath down through the throat and deep into your lungs.
And then just reverse it and feel the breath releasing from your lungs flowing up and out through the back of your throat and traveling out through your nose.
Breathing in this way and taking your breath deeper,
Feeling how the belly is now expanding as you breathe in and releasing as you breathe out.
Take a few more breaths just like that.
Breathing in through your nose and following the breath down into your lungs,
Feeling the belly expand and then following the flow of the breath up and out of your body.
Breath by breath,
Becoming more and more centered within the sanctuary of yourself.
Now shift your attention to your heart.
Remembering your heart is the gateway to your essence or your most true self.
And as you breathe into your heart,
Imagine it beginning to glow from within,
Awakening a deep presence inside of you that is filled with peace and power and wisdom.
Let this light within your heart begin to glow a little bit brighter and then see it flow out through the front of your chest toward the expanse of the universe.
Let this energy from your heart create a bridge between you and the great spirit of all that is.
In a way,
You are linking up your individual heart with the universal heart of spirit.
Breathe in and out,
Feeling this sacred connection that you are creating.
Beautiful.
Now you are ready to set a powerful intention for your day.
An intention that will not only be infused with your own personal energy,
But also the energy of the universe.
So ask yourself,
How do I want to flow through this day?
How do I want to express myself?
How do I want to be?
Come up with a short and succinct intention and then state your intention silently or out loud to your very own heart.
And as you speak your intention directly to your heart,
Feel it begin to circulate from your heart out into every cell of your body,
Anchoring your intention into your physical reality.
At the same time,
See that the energy of your intention is also being circulated out to the universe.
See your intention flowing from your individual heart to the big heart of spirit,
The big heart of the universe.
And as your intention is received by spirit,
By the universe,
It will become infused with endless support for it to become manifest today.
Now bring one or both hands to rest right over the front of your chest.
Drawing your attention back inside your own heart.
Drawing your intention,
Drawing your focus,
Your energy back into your own heart.
And take a few breaths to seal in the power of this practice,
To seal in the power of your intention.
And when that feels complete,
You can release your hands,
Maybe give a little wiggle to your body.
Letting your eyes softly and gently begin to open,
Preparing to transition into the rest of your day.
And as you do,
Remember,
You are the creator of your life.
And your intention is your divine compass that supports you in manifesting your greatest masterpiece.
And with the support of the universe,
Anything is possible.
