Transcript

Use this centering routine whenever you need to focus and step into the moment.

Make sure you're sitting comfortably,

Your feet grounding on the floor,

Knees relaxed,

Leaning in your chair as there is no tension in your back.

Place your hands on your legs and make sure there is no tension in your shoulders.

Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Focus on your chest and abdomen as they expand on your breath in and deflate as you're breathing out.

Repeat your breath until you feel you are completely present in the moment and on your exhale you can open your eyes again and engage with life with full attention.
