Transcript

Use this centering technique to step into your creativity and let go of blocks.

You can do this exercise standing up.

Make sure you are grounded,

Shoulders are relaxed and as you are breathing in through the nostrils,

Guide your breath and attention steadily from the crown of your head along the spine,

Down,

Ending at the base of your spine.

As you exhale,

Guide your breath and attention upwards along the length of the spine up to the crown of your head.

Continue with this breath,

Imagining a beam of light traveling down your spine as you are breathing in.

Stay focused and feel the energy follow your attention from the base of your spine upwards to the crown of your head.

Rub your hands on your shoulders,

Take a deep breath in and as you rub them off,

You can open your eyes again.
