This meditation is designed to help your nervous system release the day, soften its guard, and remember that it is safe to rest. You do not need to solve anything, fix anything, or hold anything together. Your body already knows how to sleep. Your only role is to listen, breathe, and allow yourself to be supported. As you follow the gentle guidance of my voice, your mind can begin to quiet, your muscles can loosen, and your system can shift out of effort and into restoration. Even if parts of you have been alert, vigilant, or carrying tension, they are welcome here. They can begin to stand down now. This track is especially supportive if you feel overstimulated, emotionally full, anxious, or simply unable to switch off.
