What thoughts are present in your awareness?
Notice these thoughts.
Are they the past,
The future?
Simply notice them,
Whatever is present.
You do not need to focus on anything or block these thoughts.
Leave your senses wide open.
Simply be natural and allow whatever is happening to happen with your thoughts.
As you rest in natural,
Effortless awareness,
Awareness itself is open,
Ungraspable and yet infused with knowing.
That empty clarity of awareness is always present.
Just rest in that open,
Empty clarity.
Nothing to do,
Nothing to focus on.
It's not an object.
This empty clarity and openness is who you are in this moment,
This timeless awareness fully present in each moment.
Just rest in that open,
Empty clarity which allows all thoughts to arise free and unobstructed.
The movements of your mind as thoughts are also expressions of pure awareness.
Notice what is happening and allow a thought of something you love doing to arise.
Rather than observing thoughts,
Now relax into the expanse of your timeless awareness and embrace the thoughts as they arise with your oceanic awareness.
Allow these thoughts of what you love to emerge from,
Abide and dissolve back into pure awareness.
Notice how the thoughts come and go.
Notice their impermanence.
You are not your thoughts.
Notice the thoughts never depart from this field of pure awareness like waves in the ocean.
They arise from,
Abide in and dissolve back into this ocean of timeless awareness.
You are not your thoughts.
Notice the knowing awareness that is aware of the thoughts arising,
Abiding and dissolving.
You are not your thoughts.
If there are thoughts,
They are coming and going.
They are waves rising on the surface of the ocean.
Be that vast oceanic expanse of awareness and allow the thoughts to come and go on the surface of the ocean.
Let yourself rest as this spacious and open,
Clear,
Boundless ocean of timeless awareness that clings to nothing and yet pushes nothing away.
The thoughts float just like your body,
Unobstructed and free within this ocean of awareness.
Listen,
Feel this openness,
This boundlessness,
This allowing softness,
Formlessness,
So naturally and effortlessly present.
As you go about your day,
Rest in the felt sense of this ocean of open vastness.
