Notice the inhale and the gap before you exhale.
Notice the silence in the gap.
Silent and still and spacious.
Notice the exhale and the gap before you inhale.
Notice the silence in the gap.
Silent and still and spacious.
Become aware of the silence.
Become aware of who is aware of the silence.
Awareness recognizing awareness through silence.
You are never apart from this awareness.
Turning inwards there is this space of awareness of being always present,
Always alive,
Awake and all-embracing.
Rest in the open,
Clear space of awareness.
You are experiencing yourself as pure awareness,
As the awareness witnessing every moment.
Let yourself rest as this open,
Clear,
Boundless space of awareness that clings to nothing and yet pushes nothing away.
All things arise and float within this space of awareness,
Just like your body,
Unobstructed and free within this space of awareness.
Sense and feel this openness,
This clarity,
This space of awareness that is boundless and vast,
That's allowing softness and formlessness so naturally and effortlessly present.
As you go about your day,
Rest in the felt sense of this space of awareness,
