Awaken to receiving. We're going to slowly scan through different experiences day by day for the first few minutes as you awake, And see how everything that happens in each moment is the expression of our pure awareness. We can experience awareness right now as a silent, Open ocean within which your body rests, Floating, Immersed, Silent, Still and spacious. As you breathe, Flow down with your breath into your belly. Breathe in and out as you settle into the lower belly. Long inhalation in, Breathing in, And long exhalation out, Breathing out. Breathing in and out deeply as you settle into the lower belly. Be open to the energies you receive here. Be open to what is present as you breathe. Notice and sense the already existing, All-embracing presence here in your core. Rest deeply in the all-embracing silence, The sense of receiving and being open to whatever is present. Notice what is present. With the deepest devotion, Be open and receptive to what births here in the void, In the womb of being. Let the sense of timelessness unfold. Be open to receiving timeless awareness, Free of past and future, History-less. Notice how there is no sense of time, Timeless. Notice how there is no sense of limits, Limitless. Be open to receiving this timeless, Limitless vastness of your own true being. Notice how there is no sense of effort, It's effortless. Notice how there is no doer or sense of doing, It's identity-less. Be open to receiving this effortless non-doing, Your entire being at rest. Let yourself rest as this spacious and open, Timeless and limitless, Effortless non-doing. So natural, Silent, Clear and vast, Ocean of awareness that clings to nothing and yet pushes nothing away. Sense and feel this openness, This receiving, Allowing, Eternal softness, Formless and naturally, Effortlessly present. As you go about your day, Rest in the felt sense of receiving and embracing all experience. Give your deepest attention and devotion to receiving every experience in every moment.
