Transcript

Welcome to this brief five to six minute meditation where we will allow ourselves to hear and be witness to maybe some of our busy thoughts,

Things that are going on today.

And then also gradually allow ourselves to let that go for just at least a short time.

So we're gonna let some music guide us to begin with that maybe can accompany some of our busier active minds.

And we'll just allow that.

Go ahead and breathe in and out.

Take some nice full breaths.

Become as aware of your body as you can.

From the breath entering your nose,

Going all the way down to your belly,

And then back up and out.

Take another full breath.

Good.

Now in and out whenever you're ready.

As you become more aware of your body and your breath,

Allow your mind to let go of anything that's been carrying today,

Let it be consumed by the awareness of your breath,

Of how your shoulders feel today,

Of how your arms feel right now.

The air around your hands,

Your middle,

Let it relax and just be.

Feel where your hips and your seat are meeting,

Maybe a chair or the floor,

Maybe just the air around it if you're standing.

Feel the muscles in your legs and your feet.

Sending in air into your body to refresh all those parts of your body.

Sending your breath all the way to your toes and back up and out through your nose or your mouth.

Notice the weight of your body.

And gravity's lovely pull holding you right where you are,

Where you should be in this moment.

You you
