You already have intuition.

Everyone does.

It's part of being human.

The question is whether you've learned to recognize it,

Trust it,

Follow it.

There's a problem that many of us have,

That's that we've been taught to trust external voices more than our own experience.

To seek approval.

To follow rules.

To doubt ourselves and override our instincts.

In other words,

To abandon our own inner wisdom and lived experience,

And as a result,

Find ourselves in situations that are wrong for us?

And miss out on experiences that are meant for us.

Intuition is a way of knowing that doesn't arrive through logical thinking.

It's that quiet wisdom that arises from a deeper part of ourselves.

Intuition is one of the ways life speaks through us and guides us.

It's the inner compass that helps us navigate a complex world.

Intuition is usually experienced in our body and not in our minds.

That feeling of being drawn to something.

A message landing.

An intelligence that feels expansive in our body,

Like a light brightening us on the inside.

A resonance.

And it happens even when there's no evidence or no one is supporting us in having that understanding.

We know it's true and real.

It feels very personal.

And it's not about what other people may think.

One reason people struggle to trust intuition is they confuse it with fear,

But it's very different.

Fear tends to be urgent and pressuring and demanding immediate action.

Whereas intuition is often quieter,

Less dramatic.

More like a gentle knowing than a panic.

Here are some ways you can.

Strengthen this wisdom that's within you.

Cultivating quiet time or making the most of the natural pauses in your life to listen inward.

Meditation.

Journaling time in nature.

Keeping a logbook of when your intuition has been right.

Listening to your body and noticing what expands and contracts inside of you.

Intuition isn't something reserved for a gifted few.

It's part of being human.

All traditions acknowledge it in their own way.

And like a muscle,

It grows stronger the more we listen and the more we trust the wisdom and intelligence that's already living inside of us.
