There are always things in my presence I can turn to which support me.
I am stronger than I realize even when I don't feel that strong.
Soothing breath in and soothing breath through your body and out.
The harder moments will pass,
All moments do.
I can focus on activities and thoughts that bring me peace,
Lightness and contentment.
I can take things one small step at a time.
I can be sweet to myself and merciful.
