The world is always influenced by the energy we bring to it, and the goodness we awaken in our hearts becomes part of the world. This is a guided invocation for the world — where your voice and intention become part of the practice. You’ll be invited to repeat simple blessing lines, adding your own energy to compassion, courage, and care for humanity. - Because the qualities we awaken in ourselves ripple outward. A practice to reconnect with wonder, with our shared humanity, and with the quiet but powerful ways we can participate in the healing of this world.

Welcome dear friend. The world needs the best of our hearts right now. And what we're going to do in this space is cover the world with invocations that come from that best. The best of our humanity. That's what we're here to do. Humanity benefits when we bring our compassion and courage online. What we cultivate in our hearts matters more than we sometimes realize. Because that's the place we give from. And we are humanity. And the world changes through the qualities that we choose to embody and the energies that we bring into life. So thank you for being here. We are joining together. Let's pause together for a moment. And most of all being part of everything on the planet that lives and breathes like we do. Breathing the same air. Standing on the same living earth. Belonging to one vast human family. And from this place let's call forward that best of what lives in us with these invocations. And with each invocation feel the vibration of the words. And if you like you can respond after each one with let love guide us. I'll be saying that too. Let's begin. Feel your presence. Have a sense of joining that presence with the humanity you are part of. Take a breath in. And out connecting to the earth. Let courage awaken in ordinary human hearts. Let love guide us. May humanity remember its goodness. Let love guide us. May kindness travel farther than fear. Let love guide us. May those who suffer be met with deep care. Let love guide us. May love find its way through every darkness. Let love guide us. May the light in us recognize the light in each other. Let love guide us. And may we take care of this precious world. Let love guide us. As you take another breath in. And out. Recognizing this breath as a gift from life. Take a moment to offer a blessing from your own heart. What blessing is beating inside your chest right now in your own heart. That you can offer. For your life. For those you love. Or for this beautiful world we share.
