Created to support you through the whole night, this meditation invites you to surrender into a greater loving presence, allowing your energy to replenish and your inner light to be restored as you sleep.

Sleep is such a special,
Sacred space,
During it we are wrapped in angelic light,
The highest power of light to nurture us,
To protect us and to keep this space sacred for healing and regeneration of our cells,
Our spirit,
Our gentle hearts,
Our beautiful bodies and all we have to do is bathe in that light,
Surrender our muscles,
Our bones,
Surrender our whole body weight,
Bathe in that light and become it,
Inhabit it all night long.
There's nothing to do here,
You are already receiving this,
All the time we're receiving this light and you are light,
All the time your own light burns brightly inside of you,
Shining,
Radiating into all parts of you and beyond.
I know that during the day some dust,
Some debris can settle over that light,
Just like a scarf settling over a lamp,
Changes the mood of that lighting but the lamp is still shining brightly underneath the scarf and those scarves can be gently lifted again so that you feel the brightness that you are,
The lightness that you are and there's nothing to do to earn it,
You simply are it.
So just do everything you need to do to get nice and comfy and settled now in your bed,
Perhaps having some way of making this time feel sacred,
Even the aches in your heart and in your body are holy,
They are sacred,
They are the touches of life felt by you.
Remembering also that the weariness in your body has been connected to some of the marvellous things that you have done and experienced today.
Your body,
This sacred vessel that you're grateful for as it moves you around into the spaces where you give and receive love,
Creativity,
Compassion,
Where you give your light.
Perhaps now's the time you could let go of some of the holding in your face,
Softening,
Letting your skin soften and release any expressions that just aren't needed now.
Perhaps you can just let your jaw go now,
Your tongue completely let go.
Perhaps there can be a feeling of dissolving as your muscles remember they don't need to be on duty now,
A melting of your bones.
This is your time to return to the sacred embrace,

Our bones surrender our whole body weight bathe in that light and become it inhabit it all night long there's nothing to do here you are already receiving this all the time we are receiving this light and you are light all the time your own light burns brightly inside of you shining,
Radiating into all parts of you and becoming beyond I know that during the day some dust,
Some debris can settle over that light just like a scarf settling over a lamp changes the mood of that lighting but the lamp is still shining brightly underneath the scarf and those scarves can be gently lifted again so that you feel the brightness that you are,
The lightness that you are and there's nothing to do to earn it you simply are it so just do everything you need to do to get nice and comfy and settled now in your bed perhaps having some way of making this time feel sacred even the aches in your heart and in your body are holy they are sacred they are the touches of life felt by you remembering also that the weariness in your body has been connected to some of the marvellous things that you have done and experienced today in your body this sacred vessel that you're grateful for as it moves you around into the spaces where you give and receive love,
Creativity compassion where you give your light perhaps now is the time you could let go of some of the holding in your face softening letting your skin soften and release any expressions that just aren't needed now perhaps you can just let your jaw go now,
