Alicia Berkvens

Alicia has been fascinated with nature within and without, ever since she was a young kid. Next to doing her PhD in systems microbiology, she passionately shares tools that bring her deep wellbeing, to inspire others to live their most authentic life. She teaches both movement based embodiment classes in the form of physical yoga, and deep explorative/restorative practices such as yoga nidra, breathwork and meditation. Her 1 on 1 work gravitates mostly around conscious connected breathwork paired with yoga nidra. But in every form and practice, what she shares comes straight from her heart to yours.

As always, Alicia’s nidras are very thorough and relaxing. The extended body scan in this one is especially helpful.

The pronunciation of "soften" as "soffen" (with a silent 't') is the standard, preferred pronunciation in almost all English-speaking regions, including the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and New Zealand. While some speakers may consciously pronounce the 't' (spelling pronunciation), the silent 't' is the traditional and widely accepted standard
