Hello,
My name is Ale Garnica.
I am a mindfulness meditation teacher and a life coach.
Today we are going to meditate and decide from a place of clarity.
Begin by finding a comfortable position.
Allow your eyes to gently close if that feels comfortable for you.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and a slow exhale through your mouth.
Let yourself be in the here and the now.
Feeling your presence and let your shoulders drop.
Loosening any tension that could be accumulated there.
Loosening up your jaw,
The muscles between your eyebrows.
Just letting yourself be without needing to do something,
Without needing to be somewhere else.
Without needing to make sense out of anything.
Just be.
Now bring your attention to the breath.
There's no need to change the way you are breathing,
Just notice its natural rhythm.
Notice when you inhale and when you exhale.
Let your breath remind you that clarity starts with presence.
Clarity starts here,
In this very moment.
Now gently bring your attention to a decision that you have been considering or holding.
Notice what arises in the body as you think about this decision.
Is there any tightness,
Any tension?
Do you feel your body contracting?
Maybe you notice a change in temperature or maybe you notice some emotions becoming present such as fear,
Doubt,
Confusion,
Anxiety,
Stress.
Whatever is present just observe without judgment.
Now let's tap into this beautiful feeling of compassion.
By mentally telling yourself it's okay if I don't know what decision to make.
I am allowed to not know.
And I am allowed to take the time I need to feel clear and decide what I want to do.
Many times clarity is blurred by judgment.
Or by the resistance that we create when wanting to have an answer.
And when we just accept things,
Experiences,
Feelings,
Thoughts for what they are.
Clarity becomes present.
Now bring your hands to your heart and connect with this calm and still place where there is a lot of wisdom.
In this space there is no rush.
There is no panic,
There is no need to control or no need to meet certain expectations.
Your heart simply knows.
And by feeling your heart and while feeling your heart and keeping this decision in mind ask yourself what do I need to know right now?
Be open and to listen whatever comes up.
It could be words,
It could be sensations,
It could be an image,
It could be silence.
Sit in silence for a few breaths,
Listening whatever comes up.
And before we end the practice we're gonna take a few deep breaths,
Breathe in.
Imagining that when you breathe in you're inviting clarity to be present and when you breathe out you let go of any doubt,
Any fear.
Any stress that is blocking that clarity from being here.
Let's do one more,
Breathe in and breathe out.
And before ending the practice I invite you to take this with you as you go on with your day or for you to remember next time that you are about to make a decision.
Just keep this affirmation in mind.

I trust life.
I am clarity.
I trust myself.
I trust life.
I am clarity.
And slowly begin to return to the space around you Gently wiggling your fingers,
Your toes and take a deep breath in when you're ready open your eyes and take a few moments to notice how you feel.
