Welcome,

My name is Alegarnica and I am so happy that you have decided to meditate with me today.

This practice consists of a group of affirmations that will help you have a restful and peaceful sleep.

I invite you to close your eyes and just move your attention to your inner silence.

This beautiful,

Quiet and calm space that is within you,

No matter where you go,

No matter how much noise there is in your mind and in the world.

Now move your attention to the natural rhythm of your breath.

There is no need to change anything.

Just let your breath be.

Trust in the wisdom of your body.

And trust that the rhythm of your breath is exactly how it's meant to be right now.

Just like everything else.

Now imagine how your body starts to relax completely and surrenders to sleep.

The day is over.

What has been done is done.

And what hasn't,

It can always wait.

Right now is the time to let go of everything and just be.

I release the day with ease.

My mind is quiet and still.

I let go of all worries.

Peace flows through me tonight.

I am safe.

I have everything I need.

My heart rests in calm.

I free myself from all tension.

Sleep comes to me gently.

I trust the night to hold me.

My body relaxes with every breath.

I am at peace with today.

All concerns fade away now.

I welcome a restful sleep.

My soul is light and free.

I let go of what I can't change.

Calm wraps around me softly.

My mind rests in silence.

I release tomorrow to the stars.

Peace settles over me like a blanket.

All struggles dissolve gently.

My spirit is calm and holy.

I drift into sleep with ease.

All is well in my world now.

My breath carries me to peace.

I let go of every thought.

Out of curiosity I listened to this in the daytime and found your guidance and affirmations positive and relaxing. I look forward to listening to this again when I'm settling into sleep. Perhaps this will have been the only time I will have heard the whole track 😴🙂
