Thank you for being here.
My name is Ale Garnica and today through this practice we are going to create self-love.
I invite you to close your eyes and allow your body to relax.
Let go of any resistance.
You can help yourself to do this by using your breath.
Breathe in and when you breathe out imagine that all the tension disappears.
Notice how with every breath your full body feels relaxed.
There's nothing to worry about.
Nothing to take care of.
There's only the here and the now.
Now let's take one deep breath.
Breathe in and breathe out.
What if today is the day when you decide to let go of self-judgments?
When you decide to stop being so hard on yourself?
To stop criticizing yourself?
To stop thinking that you are not enough?
Or that you are not doing enough?
What if today is the day when you decide to love yourself unconditionally?
To allow yourself just to be?
To allow yourself to feel any emotion?
To allow yourself to be human?
To make mistakes?
To allow yourself to feel doubt,
Guilt,
Shame,
Stress,
Anger and at the same time allow yourself to feel joy,
Peace,
Excitement power.
What if today you decide that everything is okay?
That you are okay?
That nothing needs to be fixed and nothing needs to change?
What if today is the day you decide to trust life?
To let go of control and believe that whatever happens is not gonna break you but gonna make you stronger.
And more resilient.
What if today is the day when you decide to be your own source of inspiration?
To offer yourself admiration for everything you have done and everything you are doing?
What if today is the day when you decide to set boundaries?
To say no because you want to?
To make sure that your needs and your wants are met?
What if today is the day when you say I am beautiful?
I am light.
I am love.
I am a blessing to this world.
It's time to honor the beautiful miracle that your life is.
To give you what you need.
And it's time to recognize everything you are and everything you do.
In any way you want.
Offer yourself affection.
You can give yourself a hug.
You can gently touch your hand,
Your arms,
Your heart.
Let your body know that you are safe.
That you are loved.
Now bring your attention to your immediate space without opening your eyes.
Feel your body,
Any sensations that might be present.
Notice if there are any sounds or noises.
And notice if you can hear your own breath.
Now let's close this practice by taking three deep breaths together.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
And one more breathe in.
And breathe out.
It's time to share that love that you have created for yourself with the world.
When you're ready you can open your eyes.
