Welcome,
My name is Ale Garnica.
I am a mindfulness and meditation teacher,
A life coach,
And I am so pleased about you being here with me today.
This meditation is a practice that will help you boost your mood through the feelings of gratitude and abundance.
I invite you to close your eyes and sit comfortably.
Adopt the position that you prefer.
Just make sure that your body is completely relaxed.
And move your attention to your breath,
The natural rhythm of your breath.
There's no need to change anything.
Just allow the rhythm of your breath to guide you through this practice.
Today is a new day.
It's a day filled with opportunities,
Experiences,
Interactions.
Today,
Just like any other day,
Has a lot to offer.
Look around.
Observe your immediate space,
The room that you are in.
And see everything that surrounds you.
Observe all the abundance that you already have.
Every single object,
Every single person,
Every single moment are gifts of abundance.
You woke up today.
You are breathing.
Your organs are working.
You are alive.
And that is a gift of abundance.
You have people who care for you.
And you have people who you care for.
And that is a gift of abundance.
You have resources to help you feel better.
You have abilities,
Strengths.
You have knowledge and wisdom that help you navigate through life and help you share your light with the world.
And those are gifts of abundance.
You have something you worry about.
Maybe someone you worry about.
Those are also gifts of abundance.
You are caring for yourself today through this practice.
And that is a gift of abundance.
I invite you now to offer words of gratitude towards life.
In any way you want,
Express how thankful you are for everything that you have today.
And embrace this beautiful day with an open heart and with open arms.
Allow life to guide you.
Surrender.
Let go of control.
Everything is okay.
Everything will be okay.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
And one more.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
Slowly bring your attention back to your immediate space.
And at your own pace,
Open your eyes.
Thank you very much for being here today.
I'll see you next time.
