I invite you to find a comfortable seated standing or laying position.

Your eyes can be opened or closed.

Tune into your hands.

The position of your hands at this moment is perfect so long as you are comfortable.

Now imagine being 10% more comfortable.

Move.

Bring into your awareness a time when you felt absolute control.

Visualize the form of you in absolute control,

Seated in a chair in front of you.

The in control you greets you by saying,

Hello,

It's lovely you're here.

I see you.

Notice any sensations that arise in your body as you hear and feel these words.

Hello.

It's lovely you're here.

I see you.

The in control you places a hand over the heart and invites you to do the same.

Notice any sensations that arise in your body.

The heart of the in control you is overflowing with love and appreciation.

Feel the love and appreciation in your heart.

Feel the two hearts merging.

Smile at your heart.

And imagine your heart smiling back at you.

Stay like this for as long as you would like.

And when you're ready,

Take your smiling heart out into the world.
