I invite you to invite yourself,

All of yourself and selves,

Every part of your beings to this very moment.

Right now.

You are giving yourself the gift of being present in this moment,

Fully,

Openly,

Wholeheartedly.

You are right where you are supposed to be at this very moment.

Maybe you are lying on your back,

Seated in a reclined or even semi-reclined position on your side or your stomach,

Standing in line,

Driving a vehicle where you are or in what position you are in is far less important than the connections you are making between your mind and your body.

Right now,

In this moment.

Wherever you are right now is precisely perfect.

Yes,

You are right where you are supposed to be.

All of the parts of who you ever once were,

Perhaps there are selves that you have tried on like garments of clothing,

Wrapping around your core in protective measures as you present a particular chosen self to your worlds.

Now,

All of those selves from then have gathered and brought you to this self that sits with you today.

In this moment.

Your selves are invited to this moment of reflection.

This is your opportunity to see yourself for who you are and what you have to offer this world.

By strengthening your reflection,

You will more clearly define your image and have a deep impact on your world.

What you define will be reflected in the world.

Visualize your breath.

See your breath moving from outside of you to inside of you.

Your breath has the capacity to heal.

Your breath feeds life into the words you speak to yourself.

Your breath is oxygenated by compassion.

Your words are rooted in linguistic compassion.

You are worth your compassionate breath.

You are worth your words of compassion.

Perhaps your breath has a color,

A temperature.

Feel your breath.

Feel your breath breathing through all of your possible selves and arriving at your present self.

This moment.

Your compassionate self is here.

Your compassionate self uses your heart as a mirror.

Reflected in your mirror are the images of your true self,

Your true nature.

Quickly glance into your mirror.

What qualities do you see?

Are you strong?

How strong?

In what ways are you strong?

Are you kind?

How do you feed your kindness?

Compassion.

To what depths do you feel compassion for all of your current self?

How about compassion for your previous selves?

Or compassion for your future selves?

Hold these future possibilities as seeds to be planted along your journey.

And then bring your mind and mirror back to this present moment.

Right now,

Gaze deeply into your heart's mirror.

What is it that you see?

What do you feel?

And how about now?

Or now?

How have your perspectives shifted?

How have your feelings shifted?

It is in this very moment that you will see reflected in your heart's mirror everything you need.

Your mirror is saying,

You are compassion.

You are complete.

You are perfect.

You are whole in this moment.

You will see reflected in your heart's mirror all of your beauty.

Let us shift the focus from outward to inward.

Let's go a bit deeper and embrace a mantra of beauty.

I invite you to invite your breath to breathe life into your words as you utter the following either out loud or silently.

I am compassion.

I am complete.

I am perfect.

I am whole in this moment.

I see reflected in my heart's mirror all of my beauty.

We can now hold up to our mirror our mantra of beauty so that reflected onto our world will be our valuable worthy images.

Yes,

You are valuable and you add value to this world.

You see value in this world and now you see in others their value.

Your heart's mirror reflects onto the world images of beauty.

Encapsulated in your images of beauty are recognition that you see and feel compassion.

You feel and see completeness.

You see and feel perfections.

You feel and see wholeness in this moment.

You see reflected in your heart's mirror all of your images of beauty.

You feel reflected in your heart's mirror all images of beauty.

I really enjoyed this meditation. There was so much depth I kept wanting to pause and rewind parts to make sure I grasped what was being said. I will definitely bookmark to listen again. Self compassion is so important, I appreciated the emphasis on it.
