Ah,
Welcome.
Welcome to this moment.
I invite you to take a moment and acknowledge you arriving in this moment,
The time you are taking to journey through yourself,
To yourself.
Acknowledge your breath.
Acknowledge your mind.
And acknowledge your body.
These three,
Breath,
Mind,
Body,
Are tools that are always with you.
Sometimes the ease with which we navigate a situation is how we use these tools.
I invite you to fold into your experiences and rather than always asking of the self to do more.
See what happens if you do less.
With gentle ease and peace,
We can move through this world.
Rather than putting expectations on us to live in a particular way or to think certain thoughts or to breathe in a particular way,
I just wonder what might happen if we do a little less.
Perhaps by doing less,
We are able to be more.
Noticing your posture or noticing your thoughts or noticing the way in which you are breathing sometimes is just enough.
There is no need for more.
I invite you to take a moment and thank your breath for showing up for this moment.
Now,
Extend gratitude to your breath.
And now,
Extend gratitude to your mind for thinking the thoughts it thinks.
And when you are ready,
Extend gratitude to your body for moving in the way it does.
Thank you,
My breath.
Thank you,
My mind.
Thank you,
My body.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
