This short micro-meditation helps you step out of mental noise and reconnect with your inner knowing. You’ll gently settle into your body, listen from the heart, and release what isn’t aligned. There’s nothing to figure out here — just space to return to what already feels true. A simple reset for clarity, presence, and self-trust.

Hey there,

Friend.

My name is Anthony.

This micro meditation is designed to help you briefly drop beneath the noise and into what's true for you.

So let's take a moment to reset and hold space together.

You can soften your gaze or let your eyes gently close and take a slow breath through your nose and a long,

Steady exhale out.

Let your shoulders drop,

Let your jaw loosen,

Let your breath deepen on its own and bring your attention to your body.

Feel your whole body just being here.

Sense into it.

Notice where there is tension.

Notice where there is softness.

Notice where your system contracts and where it naturally wants to expand.

It's all good because this is where your deeper truth speaks.

Now,

Gently place your awareness at the center of your chest as if you're listening from your heart,

Not your mind.

You might imagine leaning close to your chest and listening to what lives beneath the surface.

As you gently ask yourself,

What is the quiet truth beneath all the noise?

You don't have to answer that with your mind.

You don't have to search for clarity.

Just feel.

Stay in the body.

Sense what begins to open,

Even slightly.

Our inner knowing doesn't shout,

Doesn't argue,

It doesn't rush.

It nudges.

It speaks to you in resonance.

Take one more deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine releasing everything that isn't aligned with that deeper truth.

And silently say to yourself,

I return to my inner knowing.

I return to my inner knowing.

To my inner knowing.

Yes.

Beautiful.

Take one more breath into the heart,

And gently open your eyes,

And welcome back.

I return to my inner knowing.
