
Emotional First Aid — When You Feel Stuck In Life
Sometimes life seems to keep moving for everyone else while you feel stuck in the same place, unsure of what your next step is and quietly carrying the pressure to figure everything out. This short meditation is a gentle place to pause when you feel frozen, uncertain, or left behind. Nothing needs to be decided right now — you’re simply invited to breathe, reset your nervous system, and allow yourself to rest in not knowing. Movement in life doesn’t always happen in visible ways; sometimes it begins quietly, within.
