4 part breath,

Sit comfortably with your back straight,

Inhale slowly through your nose for a count of 4,

Hold the breath for a count of 4,

Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 4,

Hold the breath out for a count of 4,

Repeat for 5 to 10 cycles,

Maintain a steady rhythm,

This supports you in reducing anxiety,

Calming the mind and promoting mental clarity.
