Ocean waves.

Sit or lie down comfortably,

Imagining you're on a beach.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Pretending you're smelling the ocean air.

As you exhale through your nose,

Make a gentle ocean wave sound by constricting the back of your throat.

Continue this deep rhythmic breathing for 5-10 minutes,

Listening to the ocean waves you create.

Feel relaxed and peaceful,

Like you're floating on ocean waves.
