Castle In The Sky - Sleep Meditation For Children

Join me on a children's sleep visualisation journey, where your child will effortlessly be able to envision the beautiful castle in the clouds and all of the safe, warm and comfortable rooms on offer for them to lay down to rest in.

Sleep Meditation.

The Castle in the Clouds.

High above the ground,

Where the clouds are fluffy and white,

There's a beautiful castle floating in the sky.

You and your parents are invited to explore this magical place.

You float up to the castle and enter through a grand sparkling gate.

Inside you find rooms filled with soft pillows,

Gentle music and glowing lights.

Each room has a different theme,

Like a forest room with trees and animals,

A beach room with sand and seashells,

And even a starry night room.

As you explore,

You feel a sense of wonder and peace.

You find a cosy room with a big comfortable bed made of clouds.

You lie down together,

Feeling the softness of the cloud bed supporting you.

The gentle rocking of the castle in the sky makes you feel drowsy.

You close your eyes and drift off.

Into a peaceful sleep,

Dreaming of the magical castle and all of its wonders.
