Transcript

Lines roar.

Kneel on the floor,

Crossing your ankles behind you,

Or sit comfortably with your spine straight.

Place your hands on your knees,

Fingers spread wide like lion claws.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Filling your lungs with lion's strength.

Open your mouth wide,

Stick out your tongue and roar out with a loud roar,

Looking up to the sky.

Repeat five to seven times,

Roaring like a mighty lion each time.

Release all your tension and feel fierce and powerful,

Just like a lion.
