
Dragons Breath Children's Playful Breathwork
In times of anxiety, stress, and overwhelming emotion, children can become overstimulated, and overwhelmed and struggle to regulate the big feelings they hold inside. By incorporating playful, creative, and mindful ways to focus on their breath, we are able to bring them back to the vast present moment right in front of their eyes.
