Transcript

B breath,

Sit comfortably with your eyes closed and your spine straight,

Place your index fingers on your ears,

Blocking external sounds.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

As you exhale make a humming sound like a bee,

Feeling the vibration in your head and chest.

Focus on the sound and the vibrations,

Repeating for 5-7 breaths.

The vibrations again stimulate the vagus nerve,

Helping you to reduce your anxiety and promote relaxation.
