Find a comfortable seat or lie down if that feels better for your body.
And allow your hands to rest gently by your sides or on your heart.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Again,
Inhale deeply,
Filling your belly,
Your chest with air and exhale everything out.
Feel yourself arriving in this moment,
In the here and the now.
Let the rhythm of your breath be your anchor.
There is nothing to do,
Just breathe.
Nothing to fix,
Nothing to prove,
Just be here with yourself.
As you settle into stillness,
Bring your attention to the center of your chest.
Imagine a soft glow there.
A warm and steady energy.
This is your inner strength.
The part of you that cannot be broken.
The part of you that rises again and again.
You've overcome so much to get where you are right now.
Let the truth sink in for a moment.
You are still standing,
Still breathing,
Still becoming.
Let yourself feel that strength,
Not in a loud or forceful way,
But just as a quiet confidence.
And with every breath you take,
Breathe in that courage and confidence.
And every time you breathe out,
Release any self-doubt.
Remind yourself how strong you are.
Remember who you are.
This inner strength isn't about having it all figured out.
It's about honoring your truth,
Even when life gets messy.
It's about showing up for yourself,
Even when things feel hard.
Allow your breath to flow naturally now.
Feel how your body is being supported.
You don't need to hold everything.

Is strength.

Spreading through your whole body,

The resilient you.

Take a moment to whisper a few words to yourself,
Silently or aloud.
Maybe it's,
I've got this.
Or,
I trust myself.
Or,
I am enough.
Whatever words come up for you,
Let them settle deep into your being.
You are more capable than you think.
You are braver than you know.
And you are not alone.
Let's take three more breaths together.
And with each one,
Breathe in a little more clarity and confidence.
And breathe out anything that weighs you down.
