Welcome to this meditation in which we explore the theme of belonging.

A theme that is always close to my heart.

Realizing it's not so much about the current place that we are at,

But goes beyond that.

Let's explore this together for a moment today,

And discover how we can find your sense of belonging every day,

No matter where you are,

Or who you are with.

Find a comfortable position,

Close your eyes whenever you're ready,

And let's begin.

Start by taking a deep breath in,

Feeling the air fill your lungs,

And exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension.

Do this one more time at your own pace,

Inhale and exhale.

Think about the place you find yourself in right now.

It might be a temporary spot,

Or a place that you spend time often.

It doesn't matter.

In this moment,

This is your home.

Connect with the energy around you.

Listen to any sounds that you hear in the background.

Feel the ground beneath your feet.

It's all good.

It just is.

This is where you belong right now.

Move your awareness from your surroundings and shift your focus inward.

Feel your breath,

Feel your breath,

The steady rhythm that keeps you alive.

Inhale and exhale.

Feel your heart.

Put your hands on your heart if you want to.

Feel your heartbeat.

Your body is in a constant flow,

Supporting you throughout your life.

Your body is your home,

No matter where you are.

Connect with it.

Appreciate its strength and resilience.

Imagine roots extending from your body into the earth,

Grounding you,

Just like a tree.

Even if your surroundings change,

Or you feel impacted by external circumstances,

This is where you are anchored.

Feel your connection to the earth.

Feel like you are part of something solid and interconnected.

Now extend your awareness beyond the earth itself,

Into the sky,

Into the universe.

Imagine a warm,

Bright,

Golden light above you,

Connecting with your heart.

Imagine the sun,

The stars,

The moon,

The planet.

Imagine the entire universe.

You belong in this grand infinity of existence.

Now I would like you to envision a circle.

In this circle,

You place your current location,

Your body,

The earth,

And the universe.

This is your circle of belonging.

Step into this circle and feel how everything comes together.

In this moment,

In this circle,

You are whole and complete.

Enjoy this moment.

Feel the oneness within you and around you,

And everything comes together.

While we slowly end this meditation,

Remember that you can always step back into this circle,

Whenever you feel ungrounded,

Or whenever you miss a sense of home and belonging.

Always there for you.

Take a final deep breath in,

Hold,

And exhale.

Whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Carry this renewed sense of belonging,

Inner peace,

And completeness within you,

And take it with you,

Wherever you go.

Belonging starts within yourself.

It expands to where you are now,

And it reaches out to the universe.

You are home.

I'm Vele.

Thank you for joining me today and sharing this space.
