For this meditation,
I recommend you to lay down.
Take a moment to find yourself a comfortable position and close your eyes.
When you're all settled and comfortable,
Begin by taking some deep and slow breaths,
Breathing in through the nose and letting all of the air flow out of your mouth to become slower and slower.
Let go of your body,
Give yourself permission to,
For a moment,
Just be moving even slower.
Relax your feet and consciously relax them even more,
Slowly.
Back,
Your shoulders,
All of the muscles,
Relaxing.
Your fingers,
Relaxing.
Feel yourself sinking deeper into your bed.
Relax your neck.
Let go of the tension that you hold in your neck.
Release it.
Slowly move up to the back of your head,
The top of your head,
Moving towards your face and relax every muscle in your face,
Your forehead,
Your eyelids,
Your jaw,
Your mouth,
Relax.
Every single muscle in your body is now relaxed.
Surrender and feel your breath slowly flowing in and flowing out.
Relaxing your body even more with every breath that you take,
To relax the mind even more.
Whenever you feel a thought coming up,
Don't judge it,
Don't identify yourself with the thought,
Just let it be and let it go,
Like the clouds in the sky.
The clouds come,
They go,
Yet the sky stays unaffected.
It is the same open,
Infinite and clear sky.
Your thoughts are like the clouds.
Allow yourself to become like the sky,
Unaffected.
You in your essence,
When there are no thoughts,
No feelings,
No focus on your physical life,
Are always already in peace,
Deeply relaxed.
Surrender everything.
Relax,
Be relaxation.
Don't just feel it,
Become it.
