And take a deep breath in through your nose and relax,
Exhale,
Releasing.
Another breath in through your nose,
Calming the body,
Calm into the present moment,
Another breath,
Breathing in,
Exhale,
Release everything,
And just feel your breath slowly becoming deeper,
Becoming slower,
Flowing in and relaxing the body of tension,
Of stress,
Of anxiety,
And just stay with your breath for a moment,
Don't identify yourself with it,
Just come back.
The breath is a powerful tool that can be used for many purposes.
Use it to quiet the mind and the body down,
To settle back into the present moment,
Just be here,
Becoming more and more still.
Now,
Can you become aware of your beautiful heart?
Feel the center of your chest and place all of your attention on it,
All of your focus on your heart,
With your attention,
As if you're breathing with your heart,
Feel that beautiful energy of the heart flowing within you,
Within your whole being,
So that the light of the universe can flow into you.
Feel God's love pouring into you,
And receive it with an open heart,
Don't shut the door to blessings,
And just feel your whole being being filled up with this unconditional love of the creator,
Feel it,
Its power,
Its unconditionalness.
Feel the infinite abundance of God,
And receive it with joy,
And allow your whole being to be filled up with this universal abundance,
Of love,
Of source,
Flowing into you,
And receive it yourself,
To receive it completely,
Because your heart is open,
And feel yourself being filled up with this beautiful sense of peace,
And feel the unlimited power of the universe flowing right into your heart,
Receiving it with happiness,
And to take the steps you need to take in life,
You want to live your power to create,
You can slowly come feeling it flowing in and flowing out,
And living with an open heart makes you a better giver,
And a better receiver,
