Good morning.

Before the mind wanders into old habitual patterns that only create more of the same,

You want to consciously align yourself with what your heart desires,

With that unique frequency of your soul,

So that you are in control of not only how you will feel today,

But also of what you'll create.

Let's begin.

Sit up straight and close your eyes.

Take a deep and slow breath in through your nose,

Hold it,

And exhale completely,

Letting all of the air flow out of your body.

One more,

Complete and steady breath in through the nose,

Hold it,

And exhale,

Becoming completely empty.

For the rest of this meditation,

Just allow your breath to naturally flow in and flow out.

Now,

Ask your heart the divine wisdom within you.

What do I want to radiate today?

You don't have to label what comes up.

You don't have to give it a name.

It can just be a vision,

A feeling,

An inner knowing.

The answer is clear when it feels good to you,

When it feels exciting.

Now,

Take a deep breath and imagine opening your heart to the field of infinite possibilities.

This state or energy that you chose already exists within you.

You just have to open your heart to it.

Take one more deep breath directly into your heart,

And imagine your heart opening,

Now ready to receive those vibrations.

And now,

Without trying,

Imagine this feeling,

This energy,

Being poured right into your heart.

Allow yourself to feel it.

Don't think about it,

Just feel.

And consciously strengthen this feeling,

Taking away all of your attention from everything else and directing it all to this feeling within you.

Find that sweet balance between complete surrender and bringing up this state consciously.

Rest all of your attention on this new state of being,

So it can expand and take over your whole system.

Now,

Only allow yourself to feel this,

Stay with it in this moment,

And feel the smile on your face.

Do not allow in any thoughts,

Any feelings that do not align with this.

Stay only with your desired state.

Now,

Place your hands on your heart and set the intention that today,

You will stay loyal to this state,

No matter what.

Whenever you are ready,

You can calm back and open your eyes.
