Welcome to this meditation.
For this meditation,
Sit up with your back straight.
And if you haven't already,
Then close your eyes.
And begin by inhaling slowly and steady through the nose.
And exhale completely,
Relaxing your body.
And another breath,
Slowly in through the nose.
And exhale,
Relaxing the mind.
And another breath,
In through your nose,
Filling up your lungs with air.
And let all of the air flow out of your body,
Sinking into even deeper relaxation.
And now,
Just allow for your breath to find its own rhythm.
And for a moment,
Just feel your breath flowing in and flowing out of your body.
And allow it to relax your body and to calm the mind.
And just imagine inhaling calm and peace into your system.
And exhaling all of the thoughts and the busyness of the mind.
And allow yourself to become more and more empty.
Empty of everything.
Empty of thoughts.
Empty of feelings.
So that you can more and more just be,
Just be as you are.
And while staying focused,
Imagine dropping the sensations of the physical body.
Just completely take your focus off of the body.
But stay aware of being,
Of existing.
And now,
Drop also your thoughts,
Give them away,
While staying aware.
And your feelings,
Drop them,
And stay here,
Focused in the moment of being,
Nothing else.
And become more and more relaxed,
While staying laser-focused,
A calm and surrendered but focused awareness,
Aware of nothing.
And every time you feel the sensations of the body,
Or the thoughts of the mind,
Or emotions,
Then just consciously let them go,
And come back to this awareness of being.
And stay awake,
Stay focused.
Rest,
And surrender everything,
But not in a sleepy or lazy way.
In an aware and focused way.
Stay here,
In the eternal present moment.
And if you still feel a sense of location,
Of I am here,
Then let that go as well.
Completely drop it,
And just be.
There is nothing you have to do for that,
Nothing you have to try.
Just surrender more and more into beingness itself.
And stay focused,
Stay aware.
And if you still feel a sense of time,
Of I am now,
Then just drop that as well,
And sink even deeper into awareness itself,
And realize that you are everywhere,
All at once.
Just be.
No longer as a human being with a personality.
No longer as a body,
Or as thoughts.
But as infinite awareness.
Forget about you,
So you can remember the real you.
And the more you try,
The less you'll succeed.
So stop trying,
And start being.
You always already are,
Beyond everything you know.
Become aware of that,
More and more.
Keep surrendering,
Keep giving away that which is not you,
And keep surrendering back into your essence.
Can you feel that you are everything,
Everyone,
Everywhere,
All at once,
Naked,
Sky-like,
Your nature,
Your true self,
Beyond the illusion of limitation,
Untouchable,
Unshakable.
Everything you seek is right here.
Everything you think you desire is right here.
It is you.
It has always been you.
There is nothing you need,
And nothing you lack,
Because you are the entirety of creation.
How can you lack anything,
If you are everything?
Can you feel the bliss,
The indescribable happiness of realizing your wholeness,
The unity of your nature?
Feel the bliss.
Feel the love.
And let it take over your whole reality,
Your whole experience.
How can you need anything,
If you are everything?
For a moment,
Just rest as everything.
Any sense of separation,
Of limitation,
Just give it away and let it dissolve.
And be one.
You are the one.
And if you want,
You can now lay down without breaking your state and surrender even deeper into the blissful oneness that you are.
You can slowly come back to your physical body.
Take a deep breath and reconnect with your physical vehicle.
Now,
Wiggle your toes and gently move your fingers and remember who you truly are and set the intention to radiate your infinite nature everywhere you go,
So that you can open the eyes of others to the one truth.
