Welcome to this time of gratitude.
This relaxation meditation will shift your focus into one of gratitude.
The awareness and presence of gratitude do not diminish what is happening in your life right now.
It shifts the focus,
Bringing your mental and physical state into one of more wellness.
We're so blessed to live in a world where the constant flow,
The constant exchange of life is always happening.
Let's start by getting in touch with our breathing.
Breathing in and exhaling.
Feel your breath move deeper into your body with each breath,
Your shoulders releasing with your breath.
Breathing in and exhaling.
As you breathe,
Allow your chest to expand without force and with gentleness.
Send breath into your belly.
Do you notice any places that are more difficult to breathe through as you breathe?
Visualize those places melting,
Dissolving,
And the air passing through with ease.
Stress can be carried in many places.
The breath dissolves the tension,
Softening now.
Surrender to this moment as your body and mind begin to relax and let go.
Find yourself in your heart space.
Allow something in your life that you are grateful for to come forward.
As the space of gratitude moves into your awareness,
Fully feel what has come forward.
No judgments.
It can be anything.
Judgments are from the mind and thinking space.
Stay with your heart in this meditation and feel.
Be open.
Let your heart space honor this gratitude.
As you fill with gratitude for what has come forward,
Can you feel your heart beating?
Can you feel the flow of love and gratitude?
Circling through you and moving out?
Yes.
Good.
Breathe.
Now bring your heart,
Energy,
And gratitude to your feet.
Wiggle and gently move your feet.
Your feet that walk,
Run,
Dance,
Whatever they do for you.
Say thank you.
Bring awareness to your legs that hold and carry you.
Say thank you.
Lift your attention to your belly and torso.
Breathe.
And pour that love flowing through you into this space.
No matter what words you speak to your belly,
Your belly loves you.
And your body loves you so much.
It is always moving towards healing and taking care of you.
Bring your awareness to your arms,
Those arms that hold,
Cuddle,
And carry.
Thank your beautiful arms.
Moving to your hands and wrists.
Circle your wrists and thank your hands.
There are stories imprinted on each line these hands carry.
Stories of life,
Love,
And loss.
Bring your focus into your senses.
Pour gratitude into all the experiences your senses make so fulfilling.
The sights,
The smells,
The sounds,
The feelings.
Bring your awareness to your evolution and growth over a lifetime.
You are still moving forward,
Growing,
Expanding,
And becoming more secure in the flow of abundance,
Love,
Health,
And potential.
There is love and compassion here.
Give thanks for all the support you have around you in relationships,
Material things.
Be grateful for everything you have and everything yet to be.
Breathe in this goodness,
This heart space,
This truth of your life.
Let's finish this time with powerful affirmations.
You can say them aloud or think them in your mind.
I am grateful for everything I have in my life.
My spirit is overflowing with thanks.
It has so much abundance.
I give thanks for all the positive energy in my life.
The positive energy that fills me with joy.
I'm so grateful for all the things I can do,
All my accomplishments,
And all the things I have yet to discover about myself.
I am thankful to be connected and supported.
I give thanks for this miracle of life I experience every day,
For my presence at the moment.
