Offering you a morning affirmation meditation with yoga nidra techniques.
I'm Kumari and I'll be your guide so you can do this in bed or anywhere you feel comfortable.
This is your moment to awaken gently into the day to carry clarity,
Energy,
And intention with you.
Allow your body to relax while your awareness brightens.
Today is new and full of possibility and this practice is your invitation to step into it with presence.
We'll begin by just taking a few deep breaths,
Inhaling through your nose and out your mouth.
Just blowing all of that breath out two more times.
We'll start by repeating some beautiful affirmations for the day.
Repeating in your mind after me,
I awaken today with energy and clarity.
I am fully present and alive in this moment.
My body and energy flow in harmony.
I move through my day with confidence and ease.
I embrace all possibilities today with joy.
These words set the tone for your day,
Infusing your whole being with positivity,
Openness,
And vitality.
Now gently bring your attention to your physical body.
Notice your feet,
Your lower leg,
Hips and buttock,
Your fingers and hands,
Wrists,
Forearms,
Elbows,
Upper arms,
Shoulders,
Ears,
Your whole back,
Abdomen,
Chest,
Nose,
Ear,
Forehead,
The whole head,
The whole body.
Sense the life within your body,
The energy ready to move,
To stretch and flow through the day.
Bring your awareness to your breath,
Feeling its natural rhythm rising and falling.
Imagine each inhale bringing freshness and energy,
Each exhale releasing tension and heaviness.
Visualize your breath as a river of light flowing freely through your body.
Feel it awakening your senses,
Invigorating your energy,
And filling you with vitality for the day ahead.
Now bring your mind to a personal intention for today,
A sankalpa for the day ahead.
It could be a word,
A phrase,
Or even a feeling you want to carry.
And when you're ready,
Repeat three times silently,
Planting it deeply in your awareness and letting it guide your day.
And now take a deep,
Deep breath,
The biggest one yet,
And another deep,
Nourishing breath in,
Feeling the morning energy filling your whole body.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Stretch your arms overhead,
Just awakening your whole body fully.
Feeling the aliveness of your trillions of cells.
Whenever you're ready,
Changing positions,
Opening your eyes,
Greeting the day with clarity,
Energy,
Presence,
Confidence,
And ease.

Today is full of possibility.
