In this Yoga Nidra or NSDR (Non Sleep Deep Rest) I will guide you to a space of deep rest in a short time. You can use this effortless meditation practice as a nap or at bedtime-really anytime you want to recharge and refresh your nervous system! You can practice sankalpa (I will explain inside meditation if you are unfamiliar), a body scan and then a beautiful breathing practice that will help you feel grounded and expansive at the same time.
