Now's the perfect time to just gently close your precious eyes and bring your awareness to each passing inhale and exhale taking a moment to just slow the mind down and invite the body to softly and gently relax with each deep breath noticing if there's any spaces in your body where you're holding on to tension maybe gripping your muscles maybe even just holding resistant thought forms wherever you find any of this just gently call the breath into these spaces in your body inviting each deep breath to relax and release the tension to soften any gripping and to gently lay down and let go of any resistance just gently letting go and letting be allowing yourself to fully arrive here in this moment as you breathe words breathing As you continue to breathe deeply and softly,
I invite you to gently call this breath into your sacred heart space in the center of your chest.
With each deep inhale,
Feeling your heart expand with love and grace.
As you exhale out,
Surrendering and letting go of any tension or resistance that still remains.

Enhanced,
Magnified with your focus,
Attention,
And awareness.

Simply allow yourself to let go of anything that is not gratitude,
Anything that is not love,
Grace,

A wave of thanks out into the field that holds you,
Surrounds you,
Sending it out into the ethers,
The cosmos,
Sharing this energy of grace and gratitude with anyone you're thankful for,

With anyone that could use just a little softening,
Relaxing and welcoming in their heart.
Feeling as you send this energy of gratitude out,
