Welcome,
Dear ones,
To this guided meditation,
Intentionally designed for you and your precious heart.
If you haven't already,
Now is a perfect time to close your eyes and gently let your awareness shift inside.
For a moment,
Just simply notice.
Notice how you're feeling at this hour of your day.
Notice the thoughts that have been moving through your mind and become aware of the felt experience of emotions in your body.
Simply taking a moment to be present with whatever is present within you.
You are exactly where you're meant to be,
And this space is being held for you.
Allow yourself to be present here,
Present in this experience,
Present within your body,
And then gently begin deepening your breath,
Inviting each breath to be slower and softer than before,
And feeling as the breath flows into the body and flows out of the body.
See if you can allow your body to relax.
See if you can allow your body to feel more ease in this present moment.
Really allowing yourself to be here,
To feel your body,
To feel as it relaxes and comes into a space of greater ease.
Notice if there's any areas of your body that are gripping or holding tension,
And let this breath flow into these spaces,
Letting the muscles relax,
Feeling the tension begin to melt away,
Letting more ease into the body.
Notice if you're still holding on to things in your body that are meant to be let go.
This is the moment to release anything that isn't serving you,
Anything in the body that's ready to go,
And feel as you continue to breathe and relax,
How this unwanted or unnecessary and no longer needed energy begins to dissolve and fade,
Breathing deep,
Present in the body,
Inviting the body to feel more ease,
Inviting the body to release and let go of all that's longer needed,
Of all that's ready to go.
Maybe you can notice how as you breathe,
And simply be,
Allowing the body to relax and let go.
Maybe you notice how you begin to feel a little lighter,
A little more free.
And with the next deep breath,
As you continue to allow yourself to relax,
Gently shift your awareness into your sacred heart space in the center of your chest,
Allowing the breath to flow through the heart.
Just simply allow yourself to be present within the heart space,
Beginning to attune your awareness to the heart,
To this sacred space of the self.
Allow yourself to feel your heart,
To feel the love of the heart,
To witness the wisdom of the heart.
As you breathe into your heart,
Allow yourself to feel it expand,
Allow yourself to feel the energy of the heart amplify,
Present with your heart,
With each breath into the heart,
Allow your body to continue to relax.
Allow yourself to continue letting go and making space.
As you breathe in,
Feel your heart expand.
Feel the energy of your heart amplify.
As you breathe out,
Breathe this energy through the body,
Helping to clear out anything that remains that's no longer needed.
And feeling as this energy of the heart moves through you and flows all around you,
Clearing away and carrying away anything that's no longer yours to hold.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
See if you can allow your heart to expand just a little more.
Allow yourself to feel the energy of the heart amplify.
Feel as your body becomes lighter,
Feeling the love of the heart and feeling as this love moves through your body,
Helping to clear away anything that no longer is needed but still remains.
Making space,
Making room.
Allow yourself to feel the space that's being made.
Feel into the spaciousness of the body.
Feel as your capacity to hold more love grows.
You are right where you're meant to be.
You are held in this space of wholeness.
You are perfect in all your imperfections.
You are loved so deeply by the divine.
Breathing deep,
Breathing slow.
Feeling back into your sacred heart.
Feeling the love flow.
Now,
As you continue to breathe deeply,
With each breath,
Begin feeling into that spaciousness in the body.
Notice the mind's desire to fill it with something.
Notice how we tend to fill the spaces in our life with distractions or things unneeded.
And as you feel into this spaciousness within your own body,
See if you can just simply let it be as it is.
See if you can feel the love that is present within this space.
With each breath,
Letting this spaciousness expand.
Feeling your awareness expand with it.
Feel how love is always present in the spaces of our life.
This love is only waiting to be witnessed,
To be felt,
As you're present with your heart and present in this expanded space.
Notice if anything comes to mind that is trying to distract you away or call your attention in another direction.
Notice how this is a natural thing for the mind to do,
To try to fill the space.
Simply be a witness to whatever may come in and allow it to float on by,
Like a wisp of smoke or a cloud in the sky.
In return to this expanded awareness of the heart,
Of space,
And the space within you and all around you.
Breathing deep,
Allow yourself to be.
Let go of the need to fill this moment with something and simply allow yourself to be.
You are already whole,
Just as you are.
You are so very loved and held in the arms of the divine.
Drop in a little deeper now and let yourself be held.
Held in this spaciousness,
Held by the divine.
With the next breath into your beautiful heart,
Take a moment to truly feel your own love for you.
Feel love for the life you have lived,
The divine being that you are.
Allow yourself to really feel love for yourself.
With the next breath,
Ask your heart,
In what ways could I love myself more?
Allow yourself to receive the knowing and the wisdom from the heart.
Now,
As you continue to stay centered in your precious heart,
Take three more deep breaths into this sacred space and then gently begin bringing your awareness back to the room or physical space that holds you.
Allowing the body to move in any way it's called to move.
And when you're ready,
Gently fluttering the eyes open,
Returning to this brand new moment in precious present time.
