This overwhelm relief meditation is for you if you often feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to tackle your to-dos—whether at work, at home, or in daily life. With soothing affirmations, you’ll cultivate focus, clarity, and self-compassion. Listen to this meditation: At the beginning of the day feel motivated and ready to take on your tasks. Midday to reset, overcome procrastination, and regain momentum. Whenever you feel overwhelmed calm your mind and reconnect with your inner strength. As you repeat affirmations like “I am resilient” and “I can do this,” you’ll feel empowered & more confident. Use this meditation to help relieve overwhelm, and boost your productivity. This track includes Bilateral music by Loborio Conti. Bilateral music helps you focus and to experience the full benefits it is best to wear headphones. Let this be your daily reminder to pause, breathe, and approach your tasks with kindness and intention. Check out my other ADHD tracks and courses.
