This miracle morning meditation invites you to think back to a period in your life that brought you so much joy.
Let's do this together.
Begin in a comfortable position,
Whether that be seated or lying,
Whatever works for you.
Soften your shoulders,
Release your jaw,
And allow your eyes to close if you feel comfortable to do so.
Be aware of your body and the connection to the surface beneath you.
Notice your breath rising and falling.
Take a deep inhale through your nose,
And exhale through your mouth.
Allow your breath to carry away any tension,
Any worries.
And again,
Deep inhale through your nose,
And exhale fully through your mouth.
And once more,
Deep inhale.
And as you breathe out,
Letting go.
When you set an intention and focus on what you want to achieve,
It can make a big difference to how you move through the day.
So thinking back now to a time in your life that brought you joy.
Take yourself back to that moment now.
What could you see?
What did you hear?
And most importantly,
What did you feel?
Allow the feelings,
Heart center at the center of the chest,
And allow it to expand throughout your body,
Spreading all the way down to the tips of the toes,
And all the way up to the crown of the head.
Allow the whole of the body to buzz with joy.
And now begin to spread this energy throughout your day.
Imagine this same energy flowing out and filling up each hour for the rest of the day.
Imagine yourself having a productive day,
Working through your tasks with ease,
Achieving them easily and joyfully,
And invite inspiration through your day.
Imagine yourself feeling completely inspired,
Not only to complete the things you need to do,
But also be creative,
Inviting inspiration to come to you in a variety of forms throughout your day.
When we feel deep gratitude and joyful appreciation,
Everything runs more smoothly.
Life is brighter,
And we can uplift and inspire others and truly make a difference.
So today,
Set the intention to be joyful.
Notice how the intention feels in your body,
And give yourself permission to feel all these beautiful sensations and exhale fully.
