Welcome to Stillness Snippets.

My name is Sandhya.

Find yourself a comfortable place to rest for this be kind to your mind track.

Allow your shoulders to soften,

Your jaw to release,

And your breath to slow down.

Simply be here.

Your thoughts deserve tenderness,

Not battle.

You don't have to silence them,

Only meet them softly,

Like clouds drifting across the sky.

The mind is a storyteller,

Sometimes fearful,

Sometimes loud.

But underneath every thought is a heart that only ever wanted to feel safe.

When you notice harshness rising inside,

Pause and breathe.

Allow your breath to become a gentle support.

Speak to yourself as you would a dear friend,

Offering warmth instead of judgment,

Patience instead of pressure.

You are not your thoughts,

You are the one who listens.

The calm presence behind every word.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.

Allow this kindness to stay with you as you move through the rest of your day.

Thank you for joining me.

This is Sandhya,

And my wish is that you carry this gentleness wherever your thoughts wander next.
