Hi,

My name is Kiana and welcome to this guided art meditation designed to unlock your creativity and help you relax.

In this practice,

You'll be gently guided to use simple art materials as a tool for mindfulness and self-expression.

No artistic skills are needed.

Just bring a few basic supplies like paper,

Pens,

Pencils,

Or anything you enjoy creating with.

This is your time to explore freely and connect with your inner self.

Now let's begin.

So now we're going to take a moment to arrive.

Let your body settle into the space.

Whether you're sitting on the floor or in a chair,

Feel the surface beneath you grounding you,

Supporting you.

I invite you to close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and gently exhale through the mouth.

And again,

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.

Let your breath fall into a natural rhythm.

With each breath,

Release the noise of the day.

Let go of expectations.

Let go of perfection.

This time is just for you.

Now bring your attention to your hands.

Feel their warmth,

Their texture.

Think of how they create,

How they hold,

How they express.

Soon you'll begin to create,

But not to produce or perform.

You're here to explore,

To feel,

To connect.

There's no right or wrong way.

There is only presence.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and look at the material in front of you.

Notice the colors,

The shapes,

The textures.

Let yourself be drawn to one and I invite you to pick it up gently.

Let your hand move across the page.

Start without thinking.

Let your intuition guide you.

What color calls to you right now?

What shapes want to emerge?

Maybe it's scribbles.

Maybe it's soft lines.

Maybe it's bold strokes.

Allow whatever is within you to flow out.

As you continue,

Breathe.

Let go of control.

Notice any emotions,

Any thoughts,

And gently return to the movement of your hand.

I invite you to let this be a conversation between your inner world and the page.

You don't need to understand what you're making.

You're simply witnessing yourself in this moment with curiosity and compassion.

I invite you to stay connected to your breath.

Let it anchor you.

If your mind wanders,

Gently return to the sensation of your hand moving,

The colors blending,

The sound of the pencil or brush,

Crayon,

Whatever you decided to use.

I want to pause for a moment to allow you to be creative and just see what comes up,

But just note that I am here with you.

Begin to slowly bring your artwork to a close.

There's no need to finish.

Simply pause where you are.

Take a deep breath in and exhale gently,

Placing your materials down.

I invite you to take a moment to look at what you've created,

Not with judgment,

But with presence.

This is an expression of your inner self in this moment.

Honor it.

If you feel comfortable,

Place a hand on your heart or on your belly and take a final deep breath and say to yourself,

I honor my creativity.

I honor my presence.

I honor my process.

When you're ready,

Gently stretch,

Blink your eyes,

Open fully,

And return to the room.

You did a great job.

Please feel free to come back to this whenever you need and have an amazing,

Great day.
